I'm very disappointed with chase bank. I deposited a check for $55 and another for $16 making it $71 total. They decided days later that this was a duplicate check which it wasn't it was 2...

A bank that refuses to make change for a customer, rude service, uncaring and theworst experience I have ever had in a bank the nice thing, was that Wells Fargo was happy to give me the change...

Just been here a couple of times using the ATM machine. I do like the fact the ATM machine is visible from Bell Road, just in case something might go wrong.

Chase bank's joke of a loss preventionmessed up on depositing a check in my account and then had the nerve to put me to work contacting the other bank to fix it!! What a lazy, incompetent bunch...
