Been sitting here for about 20 minutes. Most Chase banks are fast but this is ridiculous. Maybe it's because I'm not dressed up but this is ridiculous.

So I've been sitting here waiting to speak to someone about a fraudulent chase account for one of my clients...10 min. NO ASSISTANCE. Someone else walks in right now...they assist her right away!!!!!
