First time I've ever had a bitchy experience at a Chase Bank. All the representatives have always been friendly. Maybe Miriam was just having a bad day.

Chris Olsen at this location is horrible at customer service due to his status that created an ego. I saw him talk down to customers and belittle them causing a stressful scene to the bystanders...

I honestly love Chase bank we had a teller by the name of Mohammed help us. He was so quick and was just all around helpful. He had a very welcoming personality and was very custom base oriented....

Worst bank ever!!!! Whatever happened to customer service and the customer being right!!! That doesn't seem to exist anymore at least not at chase!!!
