They need more employees....I always have to wait when wanting to speak to a banker...this is the only Chase I have to do this

Chase Bank in Oakley review. It is Friday afternoon 5:30 pm & only (1) lonely teller & LONG line. Not fair to teller working & Not fair to customers :(

Every Time I come here there is a long line and only 1 teller. There is usually 3-4 other employees sitting at desks just watching. I'm going to start going somewhere else.
