I opened an account there after receiving a promotion in the mail offering $300 after 6 months. I deposited the money and after 6 months the $300 was not deposited in my account. When I asked about it they said they screwed up and forgot to enter the promo code into the computer system so I would not be receiving any money. Tellers are okay and the bankers don't put too much attention. last time I was there I had to close my accounts it took me 20 mins! Crazy!

I've lived near this bank for 10 years and so many banks have come and gone. this is the best chain yet. The easy drive thru is very uncomplicated and right at hand.
