Seriously, what is wrong with this branch? I've never ever had a bad experience at any chase and this one 2 so far. Today, I had thee rudest personal banker. Never said his name not asked me mine. Yikes. I mean it's a bank, so all you really want is fast, kind and helpful service. But the personal banker who was helping me couldn't be less interested. The bank wasn't busy at all and I just needed a new card. He acted bothered. And there was no one manning the reception. Disappointed since Chase is usually so attentive.
