I'm not a very happy customer!!! I didn't use the ATM because of the amount of cash I needed to deposit. Frankly ATM do eat the money, it's happened before so I'm not comfortable using one for...

Would be better IF the "specialized" employees did NOT trade your account - esp. if you've been dealing with one person for years & think they STILL have your acct. & business, and MOST importantly "TRUST" that person - and they are still employed at same bank...
