This was recommended to me by a new neighbor when I moved to town in 1981. I have been going ever since. They have the best cuts and the most wonderful people there. We often call ahead so our order is ready when we want and the guys even bring it out to my car. The quality and service beat any other store I've been to. A must go for anyone and well worth the trip.

Not a Super Shaws, not a Cumberland Farms, not a modern convienence store, just a old style, old goat type, somewhat dingy, little roadside store, but the food actually tastes better. Even the soup - in cans - and Wonder bread. Try it!!!

The best meats and good customer service

My husband has had trouble eating meats and poulty from the supermarket due to all the fillers and preservatives. We recently moved to Rehoboth and have been purchasing meats and poultry form Chartlys Country Store and he has no more problems or complaints. I also feel good giving my son such high quality meats without spending a fortune.

Chartley Country Store makes no bones about it, their specialty is beef. You can also find typical convenience store fare here as well, in addition to the deli and butcher. A USPS Postal Mailbox is located in front of the store if you need to drop a letter in the box while visiting.
