I hate this place i been living here like about 3 to 4 years.my first year was ok but, the other ones was a nightmare i'm so sick of it!they got rats, yeah, huge rats.my apartment got leaks everywhere and the maintanance is very lazy, charter oak it's a horrible place to live.

Ive lived here 2 years. I have not had any problems that were not addressed in a timely manner; not necessarily the day of, but nonetheless, I have been satisfied. Office staff and maintenance are very nice. Everyone can have a bad day on occasion. I would like to see more outside lighting installed. The parking lots are very, very dark. Have my 1st floor apartment flooded by the one upstair. Management wanted to increase my rent to pay for a new carpet, still have the old stinky one. My closet develop mold and was never cleaned,the kitchen colapsed and the roof wasn't fixed properly and is comming apart again. I do not recoment this apartment complex to anyone until a new management takes over... 03/13/2006
