They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The Charter House is one of the best place to live in Silver Spring! People only complain when they can't have their own way. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. There is little verifiable truth in their stated amenities and the physical appearance of the lobby is not attractive and the carpeting is very cheap threadbare indoor-outdoor quality.
