I checked the Charter web site to find out their office hours since I wanted to swap out cable boxes. The hours of operations states 9-5 on Fridays. I got to the office and the line was out the door. Turns out the posted hours are 10-5 and the doors had just opened. So, when I got to the counter I asked if the web site was correct. The clerk said that 9-5 was for the "office" not the service...

Charter is the worst! I was involved in a fire Oct 2011....Total loss and i was not responsible for fire. I contacted them Oct 2011 and was told the fee would be waived. I continue to get a collections notice....I have submitted fire reports..and personally gone to office to resolve. as directed by CSR. Here it is 11 months later and it's still not resolved! Charter....have a heart.
