Just got Charter a few months ago. Worst mistake I've made in a long time. Had to reboot the modem for the one millionth time just to get on the internet to write this review.TV is always screwing up,internet sucks, and the billing is never the same. If I ran my company like that, I would be out of business by now. As soon as the promotional period is over, so is Charter.If I can wait that long.

I just got service with Charter a few months ago and so far the service is terrible at best. When I originally signed up, they told me the price was cheeper than it was and then refused to do anything about it once I complained. They didn't set my service up with the proper equiptment or channels that I signed up for, and of course it took over a month to get it straightened out.

I find Charter Communications in CT an uncaring, unhelpful and dishonest company. We have had the Senior discount for years then suddenly you took it away: It was a 10% discount. I called last month and they took it off the bill and recommended that we go to the office nearest us and reapply in person. We did just that towards the end of October. The office refused to give us the 10%...
