Have been trying to get service disconnected since February, 2012. I have called 5 times since then. How hard is it to understand I want my cable disconnected? Obviously very hard for Charter Cable!! I made 3 trips to the Spring address that is an empty office with no forwarding address or nothing. It took me over a month to be able to return there box since there was nowhere to return it....
