Talk about robbery I've been with the company for 15 years and all of a sudden they have no more promotions my bill went up $30 I don't even get good service they come out here constantly to fix things it never gets fixed their equipment is ridiculous in the dark ages my daughter has Time Warner it's like night and day better

I hate charter! I had an appointment Friday from 5 to 7 I called in at 630 and was told a tech was on his way at 715 I called back in and was not the tech was still at his last call and would be at my house until after 830. The customer service reps I spoke with were very rude to me. What more Pissed me off …
