After being forced to convert to all digital service against my will things have gotten worse. , I haven't had cable service since 4/23. Picked up new digital boxes and hooked them up ....nothing. Charter is undoubtedly the worst option for internet or tv in Newnan. Their internet service is down half the time and customer service is non-existent. Don't waste your time or money.

Zero stars. Don't make the mistake of signing up with Charter! Look at Charter's terrible reviews everywhere.
