It is really unfortunate that Charter is the best option for internet in Madison. They are the epitome of inefficiency and lack luster customer service. Your best bet is to cancel service with them every year in order to get their promotional pricing. If I could, I would rate them minus 5 stars. They suck! Their customer service stinks! I switched to Dish 2 years ago and have been happy ever since. I get way more channels for roughly the same price and their customer service is way better!

The service sucks my internet has gone out continuously for the last two weeks. I called them and they say its my modem But its not the modem because I just bought it and had it installed by a professional. Their TV takes them about two months to even find time to come out to your house and hook it up and it still takes them a week after that to activate it. Even after the cable is hooked up...
