Horrible horrible horrible internet service I am about to cancel very soon I waste $59.34 a month just go with other providers customer service is ok but I will find me someone else unhappy customer

It is incredible that Charter offers increased speeds as of last year, but does not bother to update the modems on their system which is required. Otherwise the modem will still throttle speeds...

Charter in Gilroy suckes. They say internet service is 60mbs/sec. It works, but crashes down to 7 or 8mb/s five times a day. Their 800 number tech support sucks. All they say is reboot the modem,...
