We have been customers for years. We had to upgrade to those stupid cable boxes, which don't even work half the time. Now today, my cable stopped working because it said I had to upgrade my service? What a poor excuse for a cable company I hope everyone leaves this terrible bullcrap you call a business and switches to Dish or something. I'm sick of getting eff'd over and paying so much for BS...
