Most reliable transportation system ever!!! The drivers are always Friendly and get me where I need to be on time. Wish could I give them 10 stars. Keep up the awesome work

It's entirely too cold for the bus drivers to leave the station prior too the scheduled time. You guys have ought to be ashamed of yourselves. I see bus drivers who delay rides because they are speaking amongst each other on a regular basis. Never mind the fact that we pedestrians /riders have schedules that we are on. Then when they are in a rush, bored, having a bad day whatever....paasengers...

I don't know who's running the show, but they are doing a very CRAPPY job! This is the worst excuse for a public transportation system. Trains and busses supposedly run on a set schedule, but they come when they want to. It's ridiculous! If you miss your connection then you're just SOL. You'll be waiting an hour for the next bus, yes an hour! The drivers/operators are so rude. Like you're at...

Charlotte potentially has the worst transit system in the united states. The buses are generally disgusting. The rates go up while quality goes down. The bus arrival times have always been inconsistent and half of the drivers speed and pass by paying customers. Worst transit authority known to man. I've lived in CLT all my life and the bus system has never improved.
Cannot wait to move to NY in...
