This place has a new name and amazing food. Most of it is homemade. The chicken fried steak and gravy was amazing, tender. I topped mine off with a freshly roasted green chili. Love at first bite! It was accompanied by homemade mashed potatoes and green beans that had never seen the inside of a can. Try the apple pie...

I have eaten at Charlies twice since the re-opening and have mixed reviews. The resturant is clean, bright and open. The staff is very friendly and sincere.The daily buffet salad bar was basic, but well stocked, if you are OK with j iceberg lettuce. Soup and dessert were home made, and excellent. The cooks tends to overcook the food, it was tough to get anything but a well done burger, and both the chicken fried steak and steak fingers were left in the fryer 5 minutes too long. They have not been open long enough to work out all the kinks, but have a good start. Worth giving them a try!

i have been to many restaurants due to being a truck driver, i had the buffet at charlies restaurant in roswell nm and became sick right after, i told the waitress and she became rude, i will never eat in that nasty little place ever again, sorry charlie,

Stop in Price`s for a buffet that concentrates on a country American cuisine. Expect the average entrée to cost under $8.
