I used to really like this location, but now I'm just grossed out. Went in to use the bathroom and a Charley's cook was standing right next to me using the restroom and talking on his cell phone....

I had never eaten here before, but when I was walking through the mall and very nice man handed my boyfriend and I a sample of the California King sandwich. It was AMAZING!
