I don't think the office knows anything about insurance billing! I'm afraid that I'll have to fight the bill. I was thoroughly confused and frustrated after my appointment because none of my questions were answered. I am always looking for the best in the field to recommend to others, and I did not find that here. I will never return, nor recommend them to anyone I know based on my experience.
