I went into Champps not having been there for years. Sadly, it was a major disappointment. This place is just depressing now. The furniture needed to be replaced 5 years ago by the looks of it....

Waitress, Ranada, was absolutely fabulous and made great recommendations. The food looked great and tasted even better! The manager gave us free dessert for waiting a little longer than normal. Overall very satisfied with my experience! Keep up the great work! ☺
