First on the plus side, the sales rep Roy Henderson and the tech Michael (who was out twice for minor issues) were both great. The system was installed on 1/17/2012 - - all OK. They returned for the spring check on 6/20/2012 (they did not check the filter according to the invoice) - again they found all OK. I check the media filter monthly and I know that you need to shut the air handler off....
