I have been using Chambers Services for my repairs on all my major appliances, including my heating and cooling needs! I have always had great service with this company, although a few issues have arisen, they were handled very promptly and prefessionally! I have recommended this company to my friends and family and have always heard great respones! I would not use ANY OTHER COMPANY!!

My husband & I had a Chambers repairman come out to a house we just purchased on Aug. 29, 2012 in Bloomington, IL. Service was terrible! Refrigerator conked out over a week ago and still waiting on repairs. I have had to miss 2 days of work so far and nothing has been accomplished. STAY AWAY! Poor service, poor knowledge, and no integrity at all.

My dishwasher broke down and I set up a service appointment through the dishwasher manufacturer's website. No one showed up on the service date and when I called up, I was told that I would need to directly call them to set up the appointment. The technician that finally showed up a week later seemed to have no clue what was wrong with the dishwasher and said that he wasn't familiar with the type of dishwasher that we had. He then called up his tech support and came up with the conclusion that the motor was broken...
