The owner is the most disrespectful, unprofessional woman I have ever met. This is someone who is in charge of caring for our beloved pets, and if she treated me, a paying customer, like garbage, imagine her quality of care for your loving companion. Please do not bring your pets here. She has lost my business as well as all of my family and friend's business.
