Over the years, I have spent at least $2,000 here. Today, 2/26/13, I had the WORST service related experience I've ever had. The owner was completely rude and I walked out the door, not buying his product. He sounded like he was on a personal phone call when I walked through the door. G.B. G. stick to paying someone to do that sort of work. I think you'll be much happier at starbucks or shopping. Your review shows a lot of ignorance , pretentiousness, and rude personality in general. ie If your blade is only lasting 15 cuts. It's more than likely 1 of 3 things, and definitely 1 other thing. I highly recommend this shop. It is the kind of place where if you don't have much experience with chain saws and your chain jams (maybe because the store you bought it from didn't take the time to show you how to use it), these guys will take the time to fix it and show you how to use the saw correctly . . . then when it comes time to pay, they will refuse your money. If you don't need a new chain, they won't sell you one. They won't sell you anything you don't need. They are honest, knowledgeable, & experienced, and they specialize in Stihl chainsaws. You won't find a better shop anywhere...
