I think the lawn seeding could have been greatly improved. Even with the dry extreme heat (we watered extensively)there were large barren areas that never seen any grass seed. I think he should have used a seed spreader rather than his men hand spreading the seed.(i had to reseed about 35% myself) also left a lot of large rocks and earth clumps for me to remove and brake up.
