Food was ok, but really average. There are way better Restaurants to spend your money on in portland, so really no point in going here.
After a long hot day at work, we decided to check out Cha Cha Cha in Sellwood because Mexican sounded refreshing. We took the 2 block stroll up, and holy hell; what a mistake. We arrived at the entrance where there is a patio out front with several tables, but no staff outside to serve the many tables. We came to a small counter at the front door where we ordered a blended Margarita, Carne Asada Nachos, and a Corona, starting w/ Guac and chips. What Mexican restaurant charges for chips? The Margarita was pre prepared and grabbed out of a mini fridge; it was bland and unimpressive. ...

Parking: Don't park in the post office parking lot across the street. They'll tow your car and you'll end up with a more expensive lunch than you had planned.
