what's the appeal? if you're going to call yourself "ceviche" you should at least have good ceviche. the service is awful. the pricing is ridiculous. the clientele is baffling. maybe the only strong point is it's one of the few places in Silver Spring to have a drink and take in the breeze on a nice day...if you can squeeze into the bar.
Good food. Nice change of pace, but a bit on the blah side.
