Worst experience ever!!!! I wish I could give less than 1 star

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! The workers trashed our apartment!!!! We came home to find our rugs covered in thick mud. They stepped on our furniture with their muddy shoes (why were they stepping on our furniture). They broke a few items. They used our toilet and left the seat (I sure many women understand the ick factor of this). They got grease stains on our curtains and upholstered chairs. Worst of all they locked our already skittish cat (he was a rescue cat) in a closet that did not have enough room for him to turn around in and then barricaded the door shut so he could not get out. I don’t even want to think about how long he was in there! They left one window unfinished. A date and time was set up for them to come back. My boyfriend took the day off work so he could be home to supervise. They never showed up and never called. A second date was set up for them to come. We did this one on a weekend so we wouldn’t have to take more time off work. Again, they did not show and did not call. They finally showed up a week later, two weeks after the whole ordeal started. We had to have our rugs and furniture professionally shampooed to get stains out. We spent hours cleaning up all the mud and grease they tracked everywhere and repairing broken items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
