I'd leave 0 stars if I could. These people take way too long to respond to your emails IF they even bother to respond at all. Don't even bother trying to call them cause all you'll get is voicemail and they wont call you back. Yup, this Company replies thru emails that are confusing?! Then, when an automatic "out of office" reply come back saying, "For immediate attention, contact their Administrative Assistant"
Then, when you do call-The Administrative Assistant tell you, "You have to wait to speak to your Agent?!" So, frustrating!!!!!!

I been contacting them regarding termite issue in our townhouse, termite was found in the front door. I was able to get a hold of someone and took them almost 3 weeks to get back to me. If I didnt follow up, I'm pretty sure nobody will get back to me. So they were able to get a exterminator to investigate, only took them 5 minute to look. I thought this office was suppose to help home owners. But from my bad experience, still felling lost about it, these people don't care about home owners.
