My fiance and i took an Xbox 360 to an Electronics store to have them ship it out to Microsoft for repair. We were told it would take two weeks to be fixed. We waited a total of 4 and a half months to finally receive our Xbox.
In between those 4 months that we waited we were given the run around. We were told that our Xbox would be in on a specific day, then on a specific week and so forth...
