The employees are friendly and efficent. They made a DVD from a VHS tape. The tape was my mamma speaking on it. She passed way in December. They handled the videotape with great care. They were fast making the DVD. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this computer store.

Poor Customer Service. very unprofessional

Dropped off a notebook computer for a repair estimate and after a week with no feedback i had to call and request a status of the diagnostics. the reply was that they hadn't bother to look at it or attempt to call me to let me know the weren't interested in my business. when i arrived to claim my notebook computer, it was in the exact same place I had left it a week before.
