I found this company through Red Beacon, Home Depot. March 29, 2016, salesperson Stephen Faucett came to our house, took shower door measurements, quoted a price, sold us the "special coating" for the shower door and we signed the contract. 23 days later on April 20, 2016, the door was installed, the installers told us that we would have to clean the door and glass 24 hours later. Century Shower doors has horrible customer service. Terrible follow up. I called for a free in home shower door estimate. I was told over the phone that someone would call me with 24 jrs. It took them four days to call me, and the caller sounded like he was chewing someone.
Every shower door in our house is from Century shower door, and we are talking about over 33 years.. they are professional, clean, accomodating and their quality unsurpassed... I would recommend them to everyone I know and have....
Horrible service, very rude, horrible installers and end product(shower glass). Stay away from these crooks. They will never return your calls, or stand up to their warranties. We will be taking them to court, along with yelp comments, and better buisness bureau complaints. Go with Diablo Glass, true professionals that know what they are doing.
The key problem was the total lack of communication. Calls were promised, such as a 30 min. call prior to arrival or even the initial contact to schedule an appt. for measurement, and NEVER MADE. Apologies were not to be had either. I had to dog these people the entire time! Dispatch was useless. That said, the product and installation were as expected.
