I called to make an appointment for a new patient visit. The receptionist asked me what Dr I had listed on my insurance card. I said, none, it's a PPO. She told me, well he won't see you unless you have a doctor listed on your insurance card.........I can't visit a doctor whose staff doesn't have a basic understanding of insurance plans- and to tell me that I can't see him!!!!!
