I have been using Edina Mini-Storage for over 5 years now. I originally used them for their fairly reasonable prices and close proximity to my house.

They are very pleasant to deal with and the biggest problem I have ever had was a light-bulb was out in the hallway of my unit. As soon as I brought it up, it was fixed. They are a responsive company and I have gotten to know and become friends...

The flexibility of Edina Mini-Storage in terms of when we can come and go is great. It's clean and well organized. When we have deliveries, they bring it to our storage unit which is huge for us. We don't usually go to the storage unit until after 5pm, so normally we wouldn't be able to get our deliveries until the next day. They call us when a delivery is made. They do great follow ups.
