I park at their garage at 4501 N Damen. I have paid and haven't received a transponder (which lets you out of the garage) yet. The management is not responsive. The people on the phone are rude. The people who answer the "assistance" button are even worse. I had to break out of the garage on Sunday because nobody answered the call button. I doubt that I'm the only one who has had this...
