Terrible, I order 2 expensive studio monitors, wait 2 weeks for delivery only to receive one monitor. SO glad I spend almost $1,400. Customer service then argues with me that "they were shipped in one box" as if I cant tell an empty cardboard box from a full one. Don't by from these guys they sold me a mixer with a defective fader, that they claimed was under full warranty, but because the mixer had been discontinued, the manufacturer "Stanton" will not be able to restore the mixer to full working order.
