Nice hotel close to family's community.

I stayed here for my brothers wedding last week and the Hotel was nice i didn't expect it to be 5 star I mean come on it's in caryle. Very clean room and nice bed. Shower could have been better and air condition would cut off shortly after coming on. But overall great stay and close to places I had to be. I would stay here again in the future.

all seemed ok as i walked in to the room-until i went to put my purse on the nightstand. there were dried coffee rings on it. since it was a smoking room i opened the window, but only part way because i found a broom handle in the window because i was on the bottom floor. while trying to remove this handle i noticed the black fingerprints all over the sill. not only this but apparently the room...

Iam a smoker and we got a smoking room it stuck so bad that it was unbearable. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was a joke. It was snowing very hard when we stayed and the sidewalks were 6 inches deep in snow and so getting your stuff back to your car was very hard. I would not ever,ever,ever stayed at this hotel again. The picture of the hotel is very decieving

We were given a handicap room shower curtain had visible mold. 1 shampoo at sink 1/2 used also had some sort of black gook on the inside of container. Bed was like a rock. Reserved for 3 nights and had to pay at check-in. Came back to hotel first evening and no one had cleaned room or replaced towels. Went to front desk to tell manager no one came kept ringing buzzer.
