Customer service is friendly they are just very inconsistent. For example you will hear different things from each rep you speak with. Also they do not follow the time frame window. I scheduled service from 4-8pm, next thing you know they are at my house at noon calling and asking me where I am. I have called them atleast 5 times with complaints and they are not even my provider yet...
