The Drs and the staff always leave. Why??? This place is always looking for help. One add said will train. But they advertise they are an advanced care place. So they train people on our PETS. The reviews are awful. I wish I checked them out first. Don't make the same mistake I did.. just go somewhere else. Any place is better then AVC
How can they call themselves advanced care Dr kelloway is not board certified. And you will never get the same Dr twice. They all leave. Why???? (Edited July 26, 2017)
The Dr that was not surposed to touch him brings my dead dog wrapped in a plastic bag in a box then said to my husband and I thank ,"Next time" I should use a board certified Dr Wow!! We are devastated. They kill my dog .They can't remove a tooth without killing him. They shouldn't be allowed to touch any one's pet. What is wrong with these people I didn't give That Dr permission to touch him. She caused an air embolism that killed him instantly. A different Dr was surposed to take care of him I made that very clear to the vet tech and the receptionist. They assured my she was there and would.. They sent me an apology letter that's it. no offer of a refund or replacement cost. He was like my child He should have been with me for many more years Rip my sweet beautiful angel. I will miss you forever. Don't ever go there..

The worst. Place you could ever take your pet. The name implies they are board certified. They are not. They killed my pet removing one tooth. They couldn't manage to do that without killing him. Don't let your pet be there next victim or experiment..
Took my kitty to AVC over a week ago bc dark purple bruises appeared all over his body within 12 hours. Front desk was helpful, check in process was fast&easy. The wait to see a vet was a bit long but, our cat was not in any pain and a more severe emergency came in, if my animal had been the severe one I would want them to do the same. Horrible!
The vet Amanda, barely checked out our cat, when we visited at 11:30 PM. She diagnosed severe arthritis and gave a morphine shot. The next day we could go to our own vet who took X-rays- at avc the vet refused to do ultrasound or X-rays- and discovered out cat was severely constipated. She gave her an enema and our cat is recuperating. No arthritis present on the x-rays!
I brought my elderly dog in last year and they treated her to make her comfortable. When the end was near, I brought her to AVC for that as well. We were treated wonderfully. Kind, caring experience. We went back and adopted a dog from All Better Pets and have been using AVC as our vet ever since. Excellent service from caring individuals.
