Good or Mediocre Depending on the Day. I "liked" this, but would rather choose a sideways thumb for "it depends." On a good day, Centara offers above average Thai food for the area. The vegetables are bright and fresh. The meats are good quality and cooked well. The pad thai can be satisfying. Other days, however, the food will be mediocre, with mushy noodles, bland flavors, and overcooked...

Awful. The worst service I have ever had- i waited for two orders from the entree menu for 50 minutes and finally left after being misled multiple times as to the state of my meal.

One of the best authentic and vegetarian Thai places in Long Island that I've ever experienced. The food is healthy, flavorful and variety along with sweet and warm hospitality service of the staffs there. Centara, a Thai eatery, opened in March of 2010. The menu is traditional Thai, with a variety of appetizers, soups, salads and curries and other entrees. The restaurant also specializes in vegetarian cooking, offering tofu and noodle dishes.
