My husband went in, bought 2 "iPhone 4s", got home, only one was a 4s. So we take back the 4 to get the 4s, and the media volume doesn't work. It had water damage! We bought both, when we thought they were 4s, for $300. Then another $50 for the RIGHT 4s. Now they don't have any 4s and want to charge us AGAIN to get a 4. Horrible people. Complete idiots!!

Horrible service, Traded in my working smart phone for a NON working reg phone, only to find out 10 minutes later the phone was junk...when back to trade it back for my original phone, only to be told they cant and wont do it. Horrible Horrible and shame shame. Stick with your providers, and not these scammers
