It was very close to the location. Had a great 3 day of doing wods. It was hot, but it was Orlando.

This place has changed my life! I couldn't have made the transfomation i have made without them...they care about all their clients and give very personal training in a class setting...i feel like all of the people who train there are like family and i will never stop going. I can't thank them enough for what they have done for me both physically and mentally.

Excellent, approachable trainers and friendly fellow athletes, which makes a huge difference to a novice like me. Great variety of work outs and a 'sense of achievement' atmosphere throughout. Highly recommended for newbie through to crossfit veteran. ☺
