I currently have cefcu. I also, have a college degree and customer service background. The way that I was treated today and dumbed down was not okay. I always have realized that cefcu has poor customer service and aren't the most pleasant people, but their interest rates are the lowest to go anywhere else. I am about to close my account and go to chase after today.. The way she interrupted me...

When you put in money to not get an over daft fee and its between 8pm-12am they say your positive and they still take out an over daft fee after you spend more money = more over daft fees not cool

Ive never had such awful service and been so disrespected by a financial institution. I will never bank here and will try my best to deter anyone I know from banking with Cefcu!

Been a member for years and I will say every person who works there that I have ever dealt with have been kind, nice and cheerful and I appreciate that! Never a bad experience in all these years! Thank you Cefcu and your awesome staff! I would give 10 stars if I could.
