Help us make it rightThis apartment was my first apartment at college and it has fit all my basic needs. Some of the things in this apartment are outdated (like the rugs and tiles in kitchen) but everything else is perfect. The landlord is also very nice and helpful.

It's probably true that they provide as little heat as they can: During a viewing appointment in one of their apartment buildings in mid-to-late Jan., a prospect noted how cold it felt and asked about the heat. They were told the heat had just been turned up and the unit should warm up 'soon'. That answer would make sense in early-to-mid fall, NOT in mid-Jan.! Not sure whether that prospect...

It's also funny how the heating in some buildings partially increases at night (as though on a timer) when most tenants are expected to be home, even when the temperature outside might have actually been colder during the day! A new management team took over in the fall of 2010, but like the previous team, they provide minimal heat to their apartments during the winter. They turn it up in response to complaints, but only temporarily. A shame that MCTS buses should be warmer!
