I lived there for awhile and had to move back to Tulsa when Mom got sick and Daniel was very understanding landlord. My rent was $300 a month for a one bedroom and I really enjoyed living there it quiet and pleasant... It is Older but they are really making it nicer for the price...

We bought Woodland Hills Apartments in 2007 and Changed the name to Cedar Ridge Apartments since then we have Remodled the laundry mat with new equipment, We redid the gravel lot and Paved it spending $50000. all the hallways are re-carpeted and at least half the apartment have new carpet. We have totally redone some apartments with new floor coverings new electrical new windows new door and...

If you are thinking of renting, go anywhere else! The place is falling apart, it smells really bad, the carpet looks like the thing I hit this past weekend on the road. It's just an overall dirty place.

I live there right now and it is the worst place i have ever been in my life. Don't let the landlady fool you with the quick look through HER apartment which is nice, if you go there, I highly reccomend you take pics of EVERYTHING in your apartment for you may just want to break your lease. roaches, mice, the whole nine yards!

Daniel is the BEST landlord I have ever rented from. If I had problems or concerns, I could easily talk to him or Shirley(manager). He doesn't promise any bs upfront. What you see is what you get. He will not sugar coat anything for anyone.
