Less than 1 star. I used to buy my eqiupment from CDW. I called back. I got Charlene. She refered me to Ken. Ken refer me to John. No response. Called the main store, got charlene again. She just does not care. Never got a chance to speak with anyone in sales. They are either too busy, or they do not have enough staff.
