I had a great experience; the manager took care of everything¿ He ordered parts for me in advance so I wasn¿t in a rental while they waited for parts to come in. He also took care of all three days of the rental for free!! The best part is my car looks great

Wish I could give no stars. Deception is the key. Looked good when first picked up in mid 2007. Parts not properly primed resulting in paint chipping off in sections and excessive stone chips...
